Feed yourself, dig a well, draw a sentence that you think is the most philosophical and talk about your feelings.

In the autumn season, there are fruitful results everywhere. We get together to discuss the gains and losses in teaching and share the pains and joys brought by educational work. As the saying goes: there is no fixed method in teaching, but the important thing is the proper method. On the road of teaching, each of our teachers has a set of effective teaching methods of their own. Today, I wrote down some of my usual methods of teaching and guiding students' learning, with the aim of "throwing bricks to attract jade" and drawing out the excellent practices of other excellent teachers.

Working for many years is not experience, but my experience. I hope you can give us more valuable advice. In many years of mathematics teaching, I have experienced a process from simple to in-depth, from study to research, from passable to passable. Now, no matter what class I am asked to take in mathematics, I feel that I have the ability and confidence to implement effective education and teaching according to students' understanding level, thus effectively promoting students. Now, based on my teaching experience and reflection, I think the following points are worth communicating with my peers.

Leaders and colleagues: Hello!

It is often seen that famous teachers have ways to talk to students, ask questions or play games with students before attending large-scale open classes. Why? To put it bluntly, it is to befriend students and cultivate relationships. I think their purpose is to eliminate students' strangeness and nervousness, make students calm and confident, and make the classroom harmonious, relaxed, natural and democratic.

In fact, we can't underestimate this link. If the guidance is good, students will be attracted to this teacher at once and enjoy this class from the beginning. A teacher is a very famous teacher, and his students don't want to finish class! This can be seen in many of his open classes. When the bell rang, the teacher signaled the class was over, and the students waved their small fists and shouted "protest, protest".

Why is this happening? This is not only because the teacher's class is wonderful, but also because in his class, students have something to say, dare to say, and what they say works. More importantly, students like him and his math class.

It's really not easy to be a math teacher that students like. We need to learn, accumulate, accumulate again, and improve our professional level and theoretical accomplishment.

If education is compared to the sea, then the professional growth of teachers is like a teacher sailing in his own boat. Some teachers may have smooth sailing, and some teachers may encounter big winds and waves. The environment is of course very important to the growth of teachers, but a good attitude and positive actions are particularly important.

There is such a story. Perhaps everyone knows that a scholar went to Beijing for the third time to catch the exam and lived in a shop where he often lived.

Two days before the exam, he had three dreams. The first dream is that he grows cabbage on the wall. The second dream is that it is raining. He is wearing a hat and an umbrella. The third dream is that he is lying naked with his beloved cousin, but his back is to his back.

These three dreams seem to have some profound meanings, so the scholar hurried to find fortune-telling dreams the next day. Hearing this, the fortune teller patted his thigh continuously and said, "You'd better go home. Think about it, isn't it futile to grow vegetables on high walls? Isn't it unnecessary to wear a hat and an umbrella? Isn't it impossible to lie naked in a bed with my cousin, but back to back? "

Hearing this, the scholar was disheartened and went back to the store to pack his bags and prepare to go home.

The shopkeeper was surprised and asked, "Isn't there an exam tomorrow? How did you go back to your hometown today? " When the scholar said this, the shopkeeper was happy: "Hey, I can interpret dreams, too. I think you must stay this time. Think about it, isn't it high to grow vegetables on the wall? Doesn't wearing a hat and an umbrella mean that you are prepared this time? Lying naked in bed with your cousin doesn't mean you should turn over? "

Hearing this, the scholar made more sense, so he took the exam happily and got a flower exploration.

I also read a story about an old woman who had two daughters. The eldest daughter has passed away and the youngest daughter is in America. She went to America by boat to see her little daughter, but she was in danger on the way, and her life and death were unpredictable. Everyone else was nervous, but she remained calm.

People asked her why, and she said, if there is no sinking ship, I can see my little daughter, oh yeah! If it sinks, I can see my eldest daughter.

Oh yeah! As you can see, positive people, like the sun, shine wherever they shine, while negative people, like the moon, are different from the fifteenth day of the first month. Ideas determine our lives, and what kind of ideas will have what kind of results.

Therefore, a positive attitude creates life, while a negative attitude destroys life. If we compare life to a deck of cards, the cards are dealt by God, and we get what we have no choice but to change. What we can and should do is how to optimize the combination of cards in our hands and strive to play every card well. Just like Feng Gong said in the cross talk: compare yourself with Pan Changjiang, compare yourself with Peisi Chen, and compare yourself with the President of the United States, and give full play to your advantages.

Of course, this is just a joke. Can't compare with the worst, and achieve the psychological comfort of Ah Q style. We should keep up with the good ones, give full play to our personal potential, tap the strength of the team, and actively do our own work.

In my teaching career, my favorite sentence: "Make a little progress every day", and achieve something small. It is not easy to start from every little thing around you and do every simple thing well. Doing every ordinary thing well is extraordinary. Speaking of making a little progress every day, I want to tell you a story:

There are two monks living on two adjacent mountains, and there is a stream between them. So the two monks went to the stream to fetch water at the same time every day, and over time they became good friends.

In this way, five years passed unconsciously in carrying water every day. Suddenly one day, the monk on the left mountain didn't go down to fetch water. The monk on the mountain on the right thought, he probably overslept. I don't think so. I don't know if the monk on Zuoshan still didn't go down to fetch water the next day, nor did he on the third day. After a week or so, until a month passed, the monk on the right mountain finally couldn't stand it. My friend may be ill, he thought. I'm going to visit him and see what I can do.

So he climbed the mountain on the left to visit his old friend. When he arrived at the temple on the left, he was surprised to see his old friend, because his old friend was punching in front of the temple, unlike a man who had no water for a month. He asked curiously, you haven't gone down to fetch water for a month. Can I not drink water? The monk on the left mountain said, come, let me show you.

So he took the monk from the mountain on the right to the backyard of the temple and pointed to a well. He said that in the past five years, I have taken time to dig this well every day after finishing my homework. Even if I am busy sometimes, I can dig as much as possible. Now I'm finally allowed to dig a well, so I don't have to go down the mountain to fetch water. I can have more time to practice my favorite Tai Ji Chuan.

After the story is finished, the title of the story is "Dig a well of your own". Regarding the philosophy contained in this story, I think different people have different opinions, and everyone's ideas may be different, but one thing deserves our consideration, that is, the monk on the left mountain has a long-term vision, has his own ideals, and is doing something to realize this ideal every day.

I believe that every young teacher sitting here has his own ideas, which determines the difference between us and reeds. We should not only think, but also learn to work hard for our ideals, not blowing in the wind. Without ideals, we will lose our way, and "doing" is action, which is the most crucial. Because "if you do it, there is still a 50% chance. If you don't do it, it is 100% impossible! "

So, how can we become a math teacher that students like?

First, make students like you.

1, the first impression given to students is particularly important, and you should pay attention to it in the first class.

In late June last year, near graduation, I took two math classes in Grade 6. Originally, several class teachers and I were arranged to take graduates to Shanghai to see the World Expo. As a result, the leader suddenly informed me to go in the second batch. Now, due to the need of work, I am required to take over the teaching of the worst class of mathematics in grade five immediately. Although I was reluctant, I immediately adjusted my mind. I think this class needs me, and the leaders must trust me.

When I had my morning class, the leader found me. At breakfast, I found the head teacher of this class to understand the situation. I know that the children in this class have poor math foundation and are willing to learn well, but they have no confidence. And if you look at the schedule, the second class in the morning is the math class of this class. Therefore, I think it is definitely not possible to talk about knowledge in the first class. First of all, we must inspire children and build their confidence. There is only one time to prepare lessons, so I designed it like this.

After a class, the children are very excited. I can see it from their faces. A month later, the monthly exam results have made great progress. One year later, this class changed from the worst to the second in the class, only 0.7 points lower than the first. Of course, it is not enough to make progress only by studying in one class (I will talk about some specific methods later), but one thing is certain: students' attitude towards mathematics has changed.

Not long ago, a particularly naughty boy in the class suddenly slipped me a note after class, saying, Teacher, you can read it in the office. Look at the "Thank You Letter" and this graduation exam. My child scored 94.5 points in math, so it should be said that he has made great progress.

I still remember that five years ago, I took a new class. The children in this class are smart and active, with a good foundation in mathematics, but poor comprehensive thinking. In the first class, let me introduce you: I am a teacher, a new math teacher in your. I can bring you sunshine and make you feel warm. Since then, you have become smarter. Do you believe it or not? A pair of simple and lovely big eyes looked at me doubtfully and paused. I said, I ask you a question: Please guess, how old is Miss Yang this year? The students came to life at once, one after another, and I still remember the scene at that time. Some say: 30, others say 34. I took the opportunity to ask them how they guessed, so I summarized the application of mathematical methods such as observation, comparison and speculation. Actually, my real age doesn't matter. It is important for students to know the use of mathematics in life and how to solve problems by mathematical methods. Therefore, I guide children to understand the role of learning mathematics and the methods of learning mathematics well, especially the importance of thinking. A class is coming to an end, and I think the children are still unfinished, so I said, would you please write down what you saw, thought and felt just now? The children are writing while brushing.

I brought the diaries of two of the children, you can have a look. Moreover, I also wrote an essay on the teaching of this course, which was published in the morning star composition together with a student's diary. And the math diary of the children in the class is stored in my blog. Students and parents can browse at any time

2. Be kind to your child's mistakes and wait for his growth.

The mistakes I'm talking about here refer to children's shortcomings, including mistakes in homework, and my tolerance, waiting and appreciation for them really make many children shine more on the road of growth.

The first child, the son of one of our colleagues, got a moderate grade in mathematics, and got 80 points in every exam. Damn head teacher, as soon as I got to this class, his mother said, Miss Yang, as long as you make up my son's math, I will treat you well.

I smiled at that time, and I said, as long as you invite me, that's fine. After analyzing the children's situation, I just want to try something I've always wanted to use but never used. In class, children are used to it well and listen attentively. I let him answer simple questions from time to time and praise him by the way.

For the first time, there were more than 40 people in the class, half of whom were right, but he was wrong three times. You know, I have a habit. Every time I do my homework in class, I will let the students do it independently, and I will do it right every time. I will read my name in class and add a star to the homework star list.

What should I do? I called him to the office alone, first taught him to correct his mistakes, and then tentatively asked him if he wanted to do all his homework correctly so that the whole class could praise you. He bowed his head. I understand that children blame themselves. I said, Miss Yang knows that you are great. You can get all the questions right, but you didn't check them carefully today, did you? The child nodded his head.

I said, how about this? I'll give you three chances. It is our secret that you go to the teacher to correct your mistakes. Don't tell anyone that I still praise you in class. How's it going? The child's eyes suddenly lit up, really? Really, I did it. I found that after praising him, he was more careful in class and could check his homework again and again. The second and third errors are 2 and 1 respectively. I still keep our secret in the office. The fourth and fifth time, his homework was really no problem. He is happy, and so am I.

Occasionally, there will be small mistakes, but I believe him. Because he is more and more confident, he can take the initiative to discuss problems with his classmates, and even study my thinking problems with representatives of mathematics subjects instead of eating. I often bring other smart cards to my office to help me with the small blackboard and exercise books, or ask: Teacher Yang, will you give us an extra math lesson for a long time? And I always say: If you behave well, I will reward you with a lesson. The child's monthly exam score rose from more than 80 points to 90, 92, 94, 96... 100 points, and he also tried to be a small teacher and give lectures to the whole class. The child is now in the second grade of our school. If he meets me on campus, a hug will come from far away.

There is another child, also in this class. He is rebellious and has a poor foundation in mathematics. He gets 70 points every time. The key is laziness. He doesn't like class and doesn't want to do his homework. I don't talk to my neighbors occasionally, but it's embarrassing. I spent a lot of time thinking about this child.

I contacted his parents first. Treating this child is not simply to make up math knowledge. But to solve his persistence in attitude, understanding and doing things correctly. I talked with him, walked, found his advantages, corrected his shortcomings, and even made a little progress. I wrote his name in the praise column in the lower right corner of the blackboard. Seeing his progress again and again, especially his attitude of going home to do homework, his parents often call to thank me.

However, this child will repeat, or occasionally can't finish his homework, or occasionally quarrel with his deskmate, or write like bean sprouts, or don't want to attend class, and don't want to take good notes ... Sometimes I will be discouraged, but I clearly know that he is a child of my class 6. 1, and I can't give up, let alone have the right to give up. A voice warned me: wait! Yes, I wait, so I insist. A year later, his attitude improved obviously. After two years, his attitude and perseverance improved. He is generous to his classmates and actively helps them. Three years later, he graduated from the sixth grade and changed even more. His graduation grade was 9 1, and he drew a picture for me himself. (He always likes painting) I wrote an educational case about his change, waiting for every bloom, and put it on my blog, which was also adopted by the school's admissions newspaper.

3. Walk into the students and become their good friends

For example, once I went to Class 5 or Class 3, I found my classmates collectively tired and depressed. What should I do? Thinking like this, the bell of class also rang, and I decisively asked the children to stand up and say; "Classmate, today the teacher wants to sing a song with you, ok? You have to use your most beautiful voice and posture. Can you do it? " As soon as the students heard the song, they woke up, stood neatly, clapped their hands with me, and sang the class song I personally compiled for them: "We are in Class 5 and Class 3, United and full of energy ..." In just a few minutes, the students became excited, and the learning effect of this class was even better than I expected.

5. 1 The children in class love reading, especially story meetings. They watch while walking, sit in the classroom after class, lean in the hall and even watch when they go to the bathroom ... reading is a good thing, but I think they are too fascinated. They often rush into the toilet when the bell rings, but they study too hard after class and don't go out for a walk. Is it a simple reprimand and confiscation of books?

I think this will make students feel uncomfortable and counterproductive. Why don't I love students' love? So, I went among the children and told them that the teacher also liked to watch Story Club. Who wants to watch it with the teacher? The children were so happy that they shouted around me, "Teacher, you also like reading our favorite books, so why don't you read mine?" "Look at my ...? "I told them that teachers wanted to read when they were their age, but there were too few books. Now that conditions are good, when is the right time to study?

Class time is limited. What are the disadvantages of reading for a long time? Finally, the children and I formed * * * knowledge, mostly after lunch, dinner or extracurricular activities. I often accompany them to read books, and occasionally borrow their books, so that students feel that I am with them and love them, and they will be more active in math class.

4. Have a little humor once in a while and study with students easily.

Recalling a classic dialogue in Zhao Benshan and Fan Wei's sketch, Fan Wei said, "Idiot, you don't pay attention to it and don't play cards according to the routine."

Playing cards is sometimes more exciting. In cross talk works, a lot of burdens are "surprise" and "not playing cards according to the routine", which can attract the audience more.

Math class needs quiet thinking, but if you are humorous occasionally, it will have unexpected effects. For example, during the resumption of classes after the earthquake, we reviewed the relationship between fractions and division. I asked, "What are molecules equivalent to?" I have been saying "denominator" all my life. I said, "Is breakfast equivalent to lunch?" The students all laughed, and our math representative added, "Are clothes equivalent to pants?" The students laughed. Because they haven't studied for a long time, the students have forgotten everything they have learned. It doesn't matter. We corrected our mistakes in laughter and reviewed the relevant knowledge easily.

For example, we have a fill-in-the-blank question: four apples for five children on average, and () apples for each child. There are always students who write 5/4 apples by mistake. During the analysis, I said, who should divide the apples equally? Can we divide the five children among the four apples equally? Children are happy. We analyze the causes of mistakes in happy time and find the correct solution. Perhaps, sometimes these statements are not very appropriate, but I think it is enough that these occasional humors can bring students fun in learning.
