200g of white rice, 1 cucumber, and 1 ham sausage

Steps
The first step is to make a sushi roll.
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Mix the rice with the Korean chili sauce while it is still hot.
3. Mix carefully to color the rice.
4. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap over the sushi curtain.
5. Spread the colored rice.
6. Put another sheet of sushi nori.
7. Cut the cucumber and ham hock into strips.
8. Carefully roll it up from one side, being careful not to roll the plastic wrap in.
9. Finally, wrap the sushi curtain and leave it for an hour to set.
10. Finally, cut into slices with a sharp knife.
Tips
Cut sushi knife must be very sharp, so that you can cut out a beautiful cut surface, if there is rice sticking to the knife, you have to put the knife surface stained with water, to cut a little bit of the knife surface of the rice particles wash, so that sushi cut out will be beautiful and clean.
