Why are some modern people not so keen on traditional culture?

In my opinion, these contemporary people are not interested in traditional culture for several reasons. First of all, the truth of traditional culture is obscure, and it is difficult for people without literary skills to understand the truth in these traditional cultures. Second, some books on Chinese studies in traditional culture are mainly written in classical Chinese, which is very boring compared with most young people. They often read and can't understand the meaning. Third, in the eyes of a large number of people, traditional culture can not bring them some direct effects or benefits, which is far from the reality of money. Therefore, in order to pursue their own better life, contemporary people temporarily gave up their pursuit of traditional culture, and their spiritual culture was not satisfied.

China is a big cultural country, and China has always been called a country of etiquette at home and abroad. This sentence is quite right. For thousands of years, China has left many very beautiful traditional cultures. For example, we can learn a lot from Confucian culture, such as being filial to our elders, respecting our elders and being honest and loyal to our friends. We can't stab our friends in the back.

This is the benevolence, righteousness, propriety and wisdom in Confucian culture, which teaches us some basic principles of being a man, but we can often see that these principles can not be well realized or embodied in contemporary society. Many young people are disrespectful to their elders and even their biological parents are unwilling to support them. This is a very sad social reality.

Finally, I want to say that there are many excellent cultures in traditional culture, which are worth studying and studying. It is precisely because of the unique charm of traditionalism that our culture can be so rich and colorful, and it is also because of the influence of culture that our society can develop so fast. Culture is the soft power of spiritual culture and an important part of a country or even a person's comprehensive strength. We should pay attention to our traditional culture.
