What is the difference between Bavarian and German
Bavarian, also known as Austro-Bavarian. It is a Highland German, or a dialect spoken in southern Bavaria. It is different from Standard German, but the two have influenced each other. Most Austro-Bavarian speakers can speak Standard German equally well. The language has no universally recognized writing style.
