Kinoya Japanese Bar, located in Saint Denis Street, is a Japanese concept snack bar designed by Bistro Japon Aiskinoya/Jean De Lessard. Tradition is everywhere in modern times. The connotation of this small Japanese jewelry box is well deserved, and the creative design is unusual. For this project, the minimalist size and shape make this space shine with different fashions. Although the exterior decoration of indoor stones and bricks has been preserved, deformation is basic in this once dark space. "Any trace of the huge pizza oven in the Italian restaurant has disappeared. People can see the performances of Japanese chefs from the open kitchen. " The designer explained. Change the existing streamline, create new viewpoints in different atmospheres, and make the space have amazing vitality and fluidity.
