The movements are simple and easy to learn, and can be practiced by men, women and children, and the effect is quite obvious. It can enrich the vitality of dantian in a short time and improve its own motivation and anti-strike ability. It has a good effect on disease prevention and health care, lays a good foundation for further practice of arhat boxing and achieves twice the result with half the effort.

Starting form: the learner stands naturally, with his feet shoulder-width apart, his arms drooping, his fingers slightly bent, his eyes looking straight up and his whole body relaxed. Eliminate distractions, concentrate, and stay in the abdomen. Breathing should be natural, slow, deep and even, with 7 breaths as appropriate, and qi and blood should run through the whole body.

1, indomitable spirit: raise your hands above your head from the side, cross your fingers *, palm up, inhale at the same time, then turn your palm back to the sky, and your palm back can't touch your head, kneel down slowly and exhale at the same time; When squatting, you should keep your head and body upright, don't lean forward, bend your knees as far as possible and guard Yongquan point, then stand up slowly and inhale at the same time. If you squat for 7 times, your blood will run through your body.

2, sunrise Dongshan: hands clenched fists, elbows raised on both sides of the shoulders, high and eye-level, just like hitting the head on the mountain, fist heart forward. It is better to squat slowly and breathe, 7 times, and the rest requirements are the same as above.

3, folded Buddha: put your hands together on your chest, palms together, slowly squat up, a total of 7 times. Breathing and other requirements are the same as above.

4. Hold the moon with your arms: hold your arms in a circle, with your fingertips facing each other and your palms facing inward, or slowly squat down and lift up for 7 times. The rest requirements are the same as above.

5, Shuanglong spit beads: fists clenched with both hands, elbows flat on the chest, balanced opposite, fist heart down, still slowly squat and lift 7 times, the rest are the same as above.

6. Swallow yin and return yang: After the hands are back, palms are facing outwards, and slowly do squats for 7 times. Other requirements are as above.

7, the combination of all methods: the two palms overlap, the palms are inward, and they are combined with the abdomen. With slow breathing, they do seven squats to stay in the abdomen. It is also required that the head is straight and the knees are not toes.
