First, the transfer and sealing process of personal files

(1) First of all, we have left school to work. We can store these files in the talent market where the school is located.

(2) If we have entered a company, then you can store the files in the talent market where you work. One advantage of this storage method is that the length of service can be calculated from the storage date of the talent market, which is helpful for future promotion and salary increase. (3) If you find a work unit such as a state-owned enterprise or a central enterprise after graduation, you can directly hand over the archives to the unit for safekeeping (in general, such units are kept as archives authority and handed over to the unit to facilitate the management of company employees).

(4) If you find a company after graduation and resign, that is to say, your work unit has changed.
