Introduction of Dink Culture
Dink is the transliteration of English DINK(Double/Dual Income No Kids), which means double income but taking the initiative not to have children. Nowadays, the word childless is usually used in the west, which means to give up childbearing voluntarily, not because of physiological reasons. Mr. and Mrs. Dinks advocate getting rid of the concept of carrying on the family line in traditional marriage life and prefer to live a quality and free "two-person world" life. For most young people in China, this word is no longer strange. In recent years, the proportion of Dink families, especially white-collar couples, among urban youth has gradually increased.
