1. The heating chamber of high temperature sintering furnace is made of refractory, silicon carbide, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, etc. The heating wire is nickel-chromium alloy wire. The outside of the muffle furnace is made of iron plate and coated with wrinkle paint. There is a small hole in the oven door, embedded with transparent mica sheet, which can peep into the furnace. The oven door is tightly closed and easy to open and close. The muffle furnace needs to be equipped with automatic constant temperature controller and thermocouple.

2. The automatic constant temperature controller adopts an electronic tube high-frequency oscillation circuit, in which the energy storage coil is fixed at a certain oscillation frequency due to the proper cooperation of the coupled accumulator. The energy storage coil is attached with a constant temperature indicator, and the large thermocouple thermometer clearly indicates the temperature of the high temperature furnace. There is a metal flag on its pointer. When the furnace temperature rises to the required temperature, the oscillating current stops randomly, and the electrode current of the electron tube plate changes accordingly. Let it operate a very sensitive relay, and then control a high-power relay to cut off the current of the heating wire, so that the temperature will not rise again. When the temperature drops, the pointer loses its coupling with the energy storage coil, and the electron tube oscillates again. The controlled powerful relay also restores the current through the high-temperature furnace, and the temperature of the furnace can gradually rise, so that the purpose of automatically maintaining a certain temperature is achieved due to the intermittent current.
