Reason: At present, the overall level of English teachers in rural junior middle schools is not high. Many teachers graduated from normal universities, some went to the Institute of Education for further study, and some even switched to other majors. My oral English is limited; Many teachers are content with the status quo, do not make progress, and think that teaching has no hope; This class has a large capacity of students, so it is difficult for teachers to take care of students of different levels and personalities. In addition, some teachers are used to the old teaching mode and often ignore the role of classroom atmosphere.
