What's the difference between dispatched workers and temporary workers?
1, welfare: labor dispatch workers have pensions and minimum wages, while temporary workers do not;
2. Labor contract: Labor dispatch workers are employees who send companies to sign labor contracts, and temporary workers are people invited by enterprises to replace them;
3. Payer: The wages of dispatched employees are paid by the employing unit to the dispatching company, and then paid by the dispatching company to the employees, and the wages of temporary workers are paid by the employing unit.
Legal basis: Article 10 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) establishes labor relations, and a written labor contract shall be concluded. If a labor relationship has been established and a written labor contract has not been concluded at the same time, a written labor contract shall be concluded within one month from the date of employment. If the employer and the employee conclude a labor contract before employment, the labor relationship shall be established from the date of employment.
