What mustard powder to use to make mustard mounds
Use yellow mustard powder.
Raw materials: 1 cabbage, 40ml white vinegar, 50g sugar, 5g salt, 80g yellow mustard powder.
Methods:
1, wash the cabbage, peel off the outer layer of the old leaves, take the middle of the cabbage core, remove the stems and leave the leaves.
2, the yellow mustard powder with a little warm water and blend open, made of mustard paste.
3, then in the mustard paste mix white vinegar, sugar and salt, and mix well.
4: Boil the cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then remove from the water and drain well.
