Three major specialties of Fuling
Fuling mustard tuber: Fuling mustard tuber is one of the top ten mustard tuber in China, a famous specialty food in Fuling, Chongqing, and one of the three specialties in Fuling District, Chongqing. It is green and white, full of meat, tender and crisp, nutritious, storable and suitable for cooking.
Fuling carrot: Fuling carrot, also known as rouge radish, is a very distinctive agricultural product. Its skin is dark green and its heart is red. Crispy, juicy and refreshing, it is one of the three specialties in Fuling District of Chongqing.
Fuling oil fermented grains: it is a special food in Fuling District of Chongqing. It is one of the six commercial centers of Bashu in Song Dynasty. The Qing Dynasty was called "Little Chongqing", and the famous "Fuling Oil Fermented Grains" appeared in this ancient commercial city. Fuling oil mash is a pre-meal drink for entertaining guests in the early years. Sweet and delicious, oily but not greasy, it is one of the three specialties in Fuling District of Chongqing.
