Use of ordinary pressure cooker
1. Learn before using.
When using the electric pressure cooker for the first time, you must read the instruction manual of the pressure cooker. Be sure to follow the instructions or ask someone who knows the inside story. Never use what you have learned.
2. Check before use.
First, carefully check whether the exhaust hole is clear and whether the hole under the valve seat of the safety valve is blocked by extra rice grains or other food residues. If it is blocked by food during use, the pot should be removed from the fire source, and the air holes should be cleaned after forced cooling before it can continue to be used, otherwise the food will be sprayed out and burn people during use. Also check whether the rubber gasket is aging. Rubber sealing rings will age after a period of use. The aging rubber ring is easy to make the pressure cooker leak and needs to be updated in time.

Grasp the handle of the cover by hand, rotate the cover clockwise to the limit edge, and then rotate it upward.
4. Take out the inner pot.
Put food and water into the inner pot, and the food and water should not exceed 4/5 of the height of the inner pot; Expandable food in water shall not exceed 3/5 of the height of the inner pot; Food and water shall not be lower than 1/5 of the height of the inner pot. The maximum cooking capacities of 4L, 5L and 6L are 8 cups, 10 cup and 12 cup respectively. 1 cup of rice with 1 cup of water. Users can adjust the amount of water according to different rice qualities and personal tastes. The capacity of the measuring cup is 180ml.
5. Put the inner pot into the outer pot.
Wipe the inner pot and heating plate before putting them in. There shall be no sundries on the surface of the outer pot and the heating plate. After putting it in, gently turn the inner pot left and right to ensure good contact between the inner pot and the heating plate.
6. Close the lid.
Check whether the sealing ring has been sleeved on the steel ring in the pot cover; Turn the sealing ring left and right by hand so that it can be placed on the steel ring freely and evenly; Cover the pan, then turn the pan counterclockwise to the locking position and hear a click. The handle of the pot must completely coincide with the handle of the pot, so that food can be cooked on the stove, otherwise the lid of the pot will burst.
7. Place the pressure-limiting exhaust valve.
Turn the pressure-limiting exhaust valve to the "sealed" position, and check whether the float valve descends (float valve descends before heating). Turn on the power supply, and the booster lamp lights up.
8. Set the heat preservation time according to the food.
In the process of heating, never open the lid, lest the food burst out and burn people. Do not remove the heavy hammer or pressure regulating device before confirming cooling, so as to avoid food splashing and personal injury. Open the cover after natural cooling or forced cooling.
9. Don't scrape with sharp tools.
The pressure cooker must be cleaned in time after use, especially to check whether the safety plug hides food deposits and residues. Keep the appearance of the cooker clean. Don't shovel the inside and outside of the cooker with sharp tools such as knives, scissors and shovels. Otherwise, the cooker will easily become uneven, or scratch horizontally and vertically, destroying the protective layer.
10. Do not pressurize without authorization.
When in use, someone arbitrarily weights the pressure valve to increase the pressure in the pot and forcibly shorten the production time. As we all know, the pressure in the pot has strict technical parameters. Ignoring this scientific design will lead to serious consequences of pot explosion and personal injury.
