The key to high-gloss injection molding is the mold temperature control system, high-gloss injection mold temperature control system is also generally known as the high-gloss mold temperature machine, and general-purpose injection molding machine with the injection molding filling, holding pressure, cooling, opening and closing of the mold process coordinated action. Rapid cooling and heating molding technology, also known as high-gloss non-marking injection molding, is a molding process in which the mold temperature is variable by heating the mold with rapid cooling and heating equipment before injection, so that the mold temperature rises rapidly to above the glass transition temperature of the plastic, and then rapidly reduces the mold temperature to the ejection temperature after the end of the injection process. The molding method makes use of the inherent characteristics of thermoplastics in the high elastic state, can effectively eliminate the surface defects of plastic products, such as fusion line, orange peel, air lines, etc.; due to the higher molding temperature, the surface roughness of the molded plastic parts after molding is better than conventional molding.
