What is the difference between heterojunction and single crystal photovoltaic?

1. Heterojunction refers to the interface area formed by two different semiconductor contacts. According to the different conductivity types of the two materials, heterojunction can be divided into homogeneous junction (P-p junction or N-n junction) and heterojunction (P-n junction or p-N junction), and multilayer heterojunction is called heterostructure.

2. Monocrystalline silicon usually refers to a substance formed by the arrangement of silicon atoms.

3. Silicon is the most common and widely used semiconductor material. When the molten elemental silicon solidifies, the silicon atoms are arranged in the diamond lattice to form a crystal nucleus, and the crystal nucleus grows into grains with the same crystal plane orientation to form single crystal silicon.
