Steps

1. Pour medium and high flour into the dough bowl, add baking powder and sugar.

2. Knead the dough thoroughly with 100g of warm water to form a hard dough.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise until doubled in size.

4. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and knead well for 15 minutes.

5. Take one portion of the dough and roll it into a cylindrical shape.

6. Place a long cylinder around the dates, leaving a little distance between the joints.

7. Dip the two sides of the interface in water and glue them together to form a teardrop shape.

8. Do the rest of the dough in turn, and pile up the 6 teardrop-shaped petals with the tips facing inward to form a complete steamed bun with jujube blossoms.

9. Cut the center of a date into several petals.

10. Cut the date into petals, inside face down, face up and snap it in the center of the date flower bun to make the stamen.

11. Put the bun into a pot and leave it on the heat for about 30 minutes (in winter, use warm water in the pot), until it is twice as big as the original size.

12. Cool water and turn on the heat, steam for 15 minutes, then open the lid after 3 minutes.
