What does ADSL user mean?
1, ADSL refers to the users who use ADSL service.
2, ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line ), that is, asymmetric digital subscriber loop.
3, ADSL is the use of an existing pair of telephone copper wires to provide users with uplink and downlink asymmetric transmission rates (i.e., bandwidth).
4. ADSL is capable of providing upstream speeds of up to 3.5Mbps and downstream speeds of up to 24Mbps over existing twisted-pair and ordinary telephone lines, depending on local line conditions.
5. Uplink refers to the direction from the user to the telecom service provider, such as uploading files. Downstream is the direction from the telecom service provider to the subscriber, such as downloading files.
