Methods and steps of origami long edge

The material of the long edge of origami is a square colored paper.

In the process of folding a long hat brim, we first prepare a square colored paper, and then fold the diagonal of the colored paper in half. Edge lines should be aligned.

Then we turn the lower corner of the colored paper to the upper side, and the top of the corner should be aligned with the edge line of the upper side, as shown in Figure 1.

Then we turn the right corner of the colored paper down to the left, and the lower edge should be aligned. The lower right corner is aligned with the bottom corner of the inner triangle.

Let's turn the colored paper around and fold it, follow the same operation, and then turn the left corner to the right. Fold the two sides in half. Let's take out the triangle inside and put it outside.

Turn the colored paper over again, and we will turn the lower corner up, as shown in Figure 1. Then let's continue to fold the edge just now.

Turn the colored paper upside down. Let's fold the triangle at the bottom up, and then fold the triangle down into an arc, which looks better and more realistic.

We spread the hat with our fingers, then flatten the top of the hat with our fingers and fold the corners inward.

The beautiful little hat is folded. The following picture shows the finished drawing.
