This year's Lantern Festival will have three exhibition areas: Lantern Festival, Fashion Lantern Festival and Hayes Theme Lantern Festival.

By then, more than 1000 lanterns will light up the "City of Light".

The theme of this lantern production is Hai culture and Minnan culture, emphasizing the combination of Chinese excellent traditional culture and Minnan characteristic culture, showing Quanzhou cultural connotation and urban spirit, and inheriting and developing Quanzhou traditional lantern art.

Traditional lantern exhibition area

This exhibition area is located in Xinmen Street, Licheng District, starting from Caofang Garden in the east and reaching Linzhangmen in the west. At that time, 720 lanterns will be displayed at one time. The Lantern Festival will focus on traditional craft lanterns, with the Year of the Pig as the main material, highlighting the folk elements of the Year of the Pig.

Fashion lantern exhibition area

Fashion lanterns pay attention to the creativity of lanterns. In Zhong Jun World City in the east of Fengze District, 600 lanterns, mainly traditional craft lanterns, are displayed, with the latest fashion elements, and the latest modern technology is also the most used part.

Hayes theme lighting exhibition area

Located in quanzhou taiwanese investment zone Maritime Silk Road Asian Art Park. The lanterns in this exhibition area are mainly seat lamps, highlighting the theme elements and embodying the characteristics of "Hayes". A set of Hayes theme lights, more than 30 lights and 90 chandeliers will be made.

These lanterns are on display in the traditional lantern exhibition area of Licheng.
