1. Hebei

Throwing sad hats: Throwing sad hats is always done in the dead of night on New Year's Eve. Before going to bed, adults and children in every household quietly throw old hats or headscarves on their heads into the street.

2. Jiangsu

The custom of "playing the god drum" during the Spring Festival. Opening the way from the big flag, the drummers beat drums all over to add fun. 3. Zhejiang

There is no tradition of eating jiaozi in Fujian during the New Year, but they all eat rice cakes.
