Cytological examination of cervical smear, that is, traditional Pap smear and Pap smear method, has five diagnostic criteria: Pap ⅰ: normal. Papanicolaou Ⅱ: inflammation. Pap Ⅲ: suspected cancer. Pap grade ⅳ: highly suspected of cancer. Pap grade v: cancer.
