What is the meaning of Pap Scale 1- 1 1 for gynecological cervical smear?
Cytological examination of cervical smear, that is, traditional Pap smear and Pap smear method, has five diagnostic criteria: Pap ⅰ: normal. Papanicolaou Ⅱ: inflammation. Pap Ⅲ: suspected cancer. Pap grade ⅳ: highly suspected of cancer. Pap grade v: cancer. Doctors gently scrape the exfoliated cells from the cervix with a cork scraper, and then observe them under a microscope, which is the main way to find precancerous lesions and early cervical cancer. The advantage of this method is that it is cheap and convenient for general survey, but the disadvantage is that the samples prepared by this method are not easy to observe and the diagnostic accuracy is low. Because of its misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate, this detection method has been further improved in recent years. The collection steps of cell specimens are the same as those of Pap smear, except that the smear is sent to the testing center and automatically scanned and stored by the computer under the microscope to identify suspicious cells. This is a computer-aided cervical cytology detection system (CCT) with high screening rate, which is basically used in big cities at present.
