The third cost recovery time is getting longer and longer. Originally, even if the work is not very good, as long as the equipment does not stop, the initial equipment cost can be recovered in one and a half years at most, and now it accounts for the vast majority in the foreseeable future.

Moreover, because the upstream competition is equally fierce, the requirements for downstream processing are getting higher and higher. In the past, as long as the parts can be used, the key dimensions can be guaranteed. Now, as long as the dimensions required on the drawings are strictly completed, otherwise points will be deducted or even money will be lost.

So now is not a good time to enter this industry. Of course, if you have reliable customers, now is a good time to bargain-hunting. It is better to buy second-hand equipment now than before, and the production cost is lower (except manual and numerical control tools).

As the end of the basic industry, most of China's infrastructure is overcapacity, and the economy is in a painful period of transformation, which will be even more difficult. At present, machining is not optimistic and the prospect is uncertain.
