Jiulongshan District, Anyuan County is rich in famous tea, named after nine particularly good tea trees. Due to the unique geographical location of Anyuan Jiulong Mountain, it is not only rich in famous tea, but also the most ideal tea trading market for tea merchants in Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces. In Qing Dynasty, Jiulongshan area in Anyuan County was one of the important tea areas in China. Not only tribute tea is produced, but also tea is exported at home and abroad. Whenever spring tea comes on the market, people at home and abroad get together and the tea trade is very prosperous.

Because there are many people engaged in making tea among the residents, the cooperative singing method of picking and making tea has also been developed. Tea farmers sing tea-picking songs when they go up the mountain to pick tea. Later, these tea-picking songs were combined with folk songs and dances to form a "tea-picking lamp" singing and dancing. Tea farmers often improvise tea-picking programs in this form. Because tea baskets are used as props, they are also called "tea basket lights". Tea farmers in Jiulongshan District celebrate the harvest of tea, celebrate festivals, greet the gods and pray for rain, and receive tea merchants with the unique art form of "tea basket lamp".

Tea trade has promoted the cultural exchange between Jiangxi and Guangdong, making tea picking in eastern Guangdong first introduced to Jiulong Mountain in Anyuan County, becoming the most convenient and frequent place for cultural exchange between Jiangxi and Guangdong, and the "tea basket lamp" in the local Jiulong Mountain tea area and tea picking in northern Guangdong can best integrate and absorb each other. Introduction to Jiulong Mountain:

Jiulong Mountain, also called Jiulong Zhang, is located in the northwest of Sanbai Mountain, at the junction of Lianjiang, Xinlong, Fengshan and Zhengang. Although not as famous as 300 Mountain, the scenery is not inferior.

Jiulong Mountain stretches from east to west17km, with towering Jiu Feng, winding ridges and overlapping green hills, just like a natural barrier. According to legend, this is the place where Kowloon spits pearls. Even Tang Bohu, a talented scholar in the south of the Yangtze River in the Ming Dynasty, liked climbing mountains very much, and wrote The Map of Kowloon and Jin Song. The main peak of Jiulong Mountain is 1 106 meters above sea level, with a total area of 50 square kilometers. Looking from the sky, I saw mountains and green waters, rugged rocks, waterfalls and clouds.

In spring, Jiulong Mountain is empty and beautiful. In the morning, mountain fog rises slowly from the valley and gathers on beautiful peaks. It moves with the wind and is unpredictable. Standing on the top of the mountain overlooking, it seems to be in a nine-day fairyland, reaching out and touching the flowing clouds. Spring has come, a rising tide lifts all boats, and waterfalls run in the mountains. Looking from a distance, it is Li Bai's sentence, "Flying down three thousands of feet, it is suspected that the Milky Way has fallen for nine days." As you approach, you can hear the deafening sound of water, just like the thunder in spring.
