One ton of food-grade PP 12000 is characterized by high transparency of food-grade main products, fresh-keeping boxes and snap cups. Most of our products are made of PP material.

2.PS is stupid. Features: high transparency (full transparency), low temperature resistance of about 80 degrees. Disadvantages: low toughness, fragile material price, strong plasticity of PP, main products: some cups.

3, PC polycarbonate features: high transparency (full transparency), high temperature resistance above 200 degrees, high toughness, high strength, not easy to break, high price, material price is two to three times that of PP, and processing costs are also high. Main products: bullet-proof glass for space cup.

4. PE high-density polyethylene is characterized by low price, high strength, high brittleness and low transparency. Main products: the plastic chopping boards of some washbasins in our factory are similar to PP, and the price is similar.

5, ABS features between PS and PC, and the price is relatively high. The main product with high transparency and good reputation is the plastic box of the space cup.

6.PVC features: high transparency, strong plasticity and unstable material. The reserve price (654.38+0.2 million tons) can be used as sealing ring, which has irritating taste and is often used as disposable product. There is no PVC material in the products of our factory.

7.TPR features: high plasticity, similar material properties to silica gel, and high price (25,000 tons). It is often used as a sealing ring, with stable material properties and no odor. Most of the sealing rings in our factory are TPR sealing rings.

8. Silica gel features: strong plasticity, stable material and high price (40,000 tons). It is often used as a sealing ring, which is very soft and has good sealing performance. Some fresh-keeping boxes and all children's kettles in our factory are silicone sealing rings, which distinguish the softness and deformation of silicone and TPR. If you tie a knot with silicone and open it the next day, it still looks the same. The sealing rings of TPR and PVC will not be seriously deformed due to compression.

Identification of returned materials:

1, smell: normal plastic will have a slight plastic smell, and the product will have no taste if it has a desiccant. Return the material because there are other impurities. So it will taste sour or smelly. Desiccant can also smell.

2, look at the color: the material can not be made transparent, if the transparent agent is added, there will be black spots when you look carefully, and the impurities are easy to identify. If you make solid colors, toner is not good. The color is uneven. Black products are the easiest to recycle and the most difficult to identify. If you use a brand-new material, you can make it transparent even without adding a transparent agent. No impurities. Uniform color

3. Toughness: the toughness of PP material is high, but the toughness of returned material is low. It breaks when you fall. The material properties of the returned materials will change obviously, which can be compared with the above materials.

The screen printing function can only print one color at a time. The practical printing function of both colors is good. Low price. Screen printing cost 100. Print 5 cents by hand. Most monochrome signs are screen printed.

The thermal transfer function can be used to print colors with good results. There is no limit to the color printing effect. The price is high, and the printing fee is calculated by color one by one. In addition, there are transparent colors and adhesive colors. In other words, for example, the logo to be printed is calculated in two colors, and the printing fee is calculated in four colors.
