What do you mean by little Zan wine?

Ten years of cellar storage of puree. Xiaozan liquor is a specialty of Puli Xiaozan liquor (Xiaoqu-flavor liquor) in Xuanwei, Yunnan. Xiaozan liquor is unique in that the distiller's yeast used is made of more than ten kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, such as local wild medicinal flowers, oats and hornet's nest. Small retort wine is a ten-year cellar puree, and it is a mid-range wine brewed directly more than ten years ago. After ten years of cellar storage, the wine is more mellow and the taste is softer.
