Cupping cupping or vacuum cupping?

Those can only be used with help. Some vacuum ones are not very good, and cupping ones are better. When you use it, stick alcohol on tweezers with cotton, light it, put it in a cupping jar, take it out and buckle it on your body. Don't burn the jar, and don't buckle it with alcohol cotton. This is more hygienic than using paper and can prevent infection.
