Fire waterproofing membrane is made of polyester felt, glass fiber felt or glass fiber reinforced polyester felt as the carrier, styrene-butadiene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer as asphalt modifier, and covered with thermal insulation materials on both sides.

2, the construction technology is different

Self-adhesive waterproofing membrane does not need adhesive, nor does it need to be heated and baked until it melts. Just tear off the isolation layer and it can be firmly bonded to the base. The construction is convenient and quick, safe, without environmental pollution, simple and clean, and easy to realize civilized construction on site. However, fire-baked waterproofing membrane needs hot melting, which is less safe than self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, pollutes the environment, is difficult to construct, and it is not easy to achieve civilized construction on site.

3. They have different performances.

Self-adhesive waterproofing membrane has the characteristics of low-temperature flexibility, self-healing and good bonding performance, and can be constructed at room temperature with high construction speed, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
