Feudal monarchy was in its infancy (Warring States Period), and Shang Yang established a county system with 100 officials serving it, which was established from the feudal bureaucratic system of sovereign decrees.

Monarchical autocracy refers to the centralized political system with ancient kings as the core, which was born out of the patriarchy in the late primitive society.

Fourth, the roles are different.

Feudal monarchs seized power from prime ministers and weakened their rights, and concentrated them in the hands of emperors.
