On the first day of the new year, it is very meaningful for us to do such exercises, which is why students in Li Jing have to "worship" once on their birthdays. Of course, it was the first time to follow the whole process, and I witnessed that moment with my partners in the zero-degree yoga studio.
With teacher Xiaoyue's simple explanation, we will start with prayer. The posture is simple and familiar. Without music, everyone's breath is the best music. Repeated over and over again, until later, there is no concept of how much, and I don't know how long the time has passed.
I only heard the clock on the roof "bang, bang, bang" strike nine times. It turns out that half an hour has passed. At this point, the rhythm of partners has begun to change.
When teacher Xiaoyue reminded us that we had done 60 groups, our hearts were delighted with our efforts and persistence, but at the same time it became the key to continue and the "card point" of willpower. The body began to feel unwell, and the wrists, arms, big arms and back of legs all showed different degrees of acid and fatigue.
"Everyone must insist, I just burned it last night." Teacher Xiaoyue's casual encouragement seems to inject a new energy into everyone, and all the partners show a faint smile, which also brings the power of inner joy to the next exercise.
So, once again, we are going to store gas. From time to time, someone set sail again from the baby rest place, synchronized with everyone and moved on.
Then it is the real test of willpower and patience.
My arm is so sore that I can't stick to the dog style. Push-ups are about to clap, and I can't get up. I can't pose as a dog. Oh, I can't get up. Push it to the dog's position. God, it's so hard. Ah, my right foot is so heavy ... half bent forward ... it's time to stand up. Go back to pray and close your eyes. Oh, dear, let me close my eyes and have a rest. Oh, the first experience of prayer. It's so beautiful and comfortable.
Hands folded, let me silently read out my New Year's greetings: I wish my family and I good health, I wish my yoga path by going up one flight of stairs, I wish …
"Arms up, half bent forward ..." So fast, a new group started again. I haven't finished reading the blessing. Okay, keep up with the team. Don't fall behind.
I made 70 groups. I don't know what time it is. The clock outside has already rung.
Group 80. Wow, it's getting closer and closer to 100. Rows of friends are still so uniform that they can stick to it. It's really good. I also continue to practice more intently.
And the last eight groups. Great, we finally finished. Give a big compliment to your persistence and efforts.
Finally, we spent more than ten minutes resting and really experienced what "lying dead" means, especially our arms, which were completely paralyzed and didn't want to move anywhere.
Here, I want to mention the teacher Xiaoyue, who followed us to complete the 108 group, and always had passwords and tips. Every time I look at her through the gap in the crowd, I can see her standard almost perfect dog posture.
Finally, I quote a passage from Perfect Health, "The key to balance the life energy movement lies in the law. The life energy in the human body is always self-reinforcing. If you ignore body movement for a period of time, your body will become inert. Once the exercise is resumed, even if it is a little exercise, the life energy will be closer to a state of balance, and keep this state. Tips: In most cases of 108 group, muscle aches appeared in all parts of the body after 24-72 hours, which was caused by lactic acid accumulation after a lot of exercise. In order to make it metabolize and excrete faster, we should do more stretching yoga in the later stage to accelerate the relaxation of muscles and relieve antagonistic muscles, including soaking a foot and taking a hot bath, which can alleviate the discomfort of the body. The key is that when you practice on the yoga mat again, the posture will be more textured and refined than before, and I think this is the greatest gain and joy.
