Brief introduction of Henan museum

Henan Museum, located at No.8 Nongye Road, Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, was established in July of the Republic of China 16 (1927). It was the former site of the former Fazheng School in the West Street of Kaifeng Court, and it was the beginning of its prosperity. 196 1 year, the Henan Provincial Museum was moved from Kaifeng to Zhengzhou, the provincial capital, and the Henan Exhibition Hall in Zijingshan was given to the Henan Museum with a rich history.

1In July, 1997, the Central Plains Stone Carving Art Museum merged with the Henan Provincial Museum to form the Henan Museum. 1998, Henan Provincial Museum was moved from Renmin Road in Zhengzhou City to Nongye Road in Zhengzhou City and renamed as "Henan Museum"; On May 1 day of the same year, the new Henan Museum was completed and opened.
