Today is December 7th, 213 (the fifth day of November in the lunar calendar, with heavy snow), and it will be Wen Liang's 48th birthday in more than a month. As the old saying goes, forty is not confusing, and fifty knows his destiny. Compared with the education of sages, I feel ashamed. Every day, I am still greedy and stupid, and it still brings troubles to everyone. Here, I would like to extend my deep apologies to everyone.

March 16th, 214 is the 17th anniversary of Junwei Electronics (now renamed Taiwei Electronics) and the 14th anniversary of Junwei Furniture (now renamed Simei Furniture). In the past years, it was our unremitting efforts and perseverance that made it possible for us to learn from the wisdom of sages! Wen Liang's sincere gratitude!

At the beginning of p>213, Wen Liang proposed that the company would gradually implement the 8-hour day five, with the goal that all colleagues could get more time to study and grow. At the same time, he also launched the plan of going home every three months to visit relatives and do filial piety. In the second half of the year, he started the staff to take the self-study exam, thanking you for your active participation. The above goals have made some progress, and we will continue to work hard in 214, hoping to achieve them better. In October, we further put forward the All-staff Health Plan to promote all staff to actively participate in traditional culture, the original point of Chinese medicine and organic cultivation. In November, the Taiwei elite talent growth plan was launched, and our goal is to spend 3-5 years. Realize that everyone takes the national higher self-study exam, never too old to learn, everyone participates in organic ecological planting and rural construction, cares about the countryside, cares for Mother Earth, and everyone gets healthy body and happy family.

the wisdom of sages tells us that the people are the most important, the country is the second, and the monarch is the least. Realizing the happiness plan for all employees is our most fundamental goal.
