Difference between data chaining and self-organizing network

The difference between data chain and self-organizing network has different definitions and different functions.

1, the definition is different: data chain refers to a kind of communication link, used to transmit data between two or more devices, which is the basis of the communication system; and self-organizing network refers to a kind of distributed network, which consists of a number of nodes, and the nodes can be interconnected with each other, and it has the characteristics of self-organization and self-repair.

2, different functions: data chain is mainly used to transmit data between two devices, providing the basic functions of data transmission, including encapsulation, decapsulation, transmission and processing of data frames, etc.; and self-organizing network provides richer network functions, including node discovery, routing, topology management, network security, etc..
