1. pine needles ferment with soil, which is called sandwich compost. Generally speaking, it is a layer of pine needles, a layer of soil, a layer of pine needles and a layer of soil, which are piled up at intervals to allow various bacteria and colonies in the soil to ferment pine needles, and then make the soil more rich in humus. Generally, after several months of fermentation, the composted soil will become very fertile and can be used to grow flowers or vegetables after sterilization and insecticidal treatment.

This method is suitable for a large number of fermented pine needles, and there is room and time to wait slowly.

2. Decompose and ferment pine needles first, and then mix them with soil after disinfection and sterilization. This method is suitable for a small amount of fermented pine needles. The specific operation is to slice pine needles, soak them in water for a while, then take them out, put them in transparent plastic bags, and pour rice washing water and em bacteria to promote pine needle fermentation. Because the soil in 1 method contains all kinds of bacteria that can rot pine needles, there is no need to add EM bacteria, while in the second method, there are fewer corrosive bacteria in pure pine needles, so additional colonies are needed.

The fermentation time of the second method is shorter.

The method of 1 is to directly ferment dry pine needles. We collect some dry pine needles first, then soak them thoroughly in water and make them in a very humid state, then put them in a sealed container, cover them with plastic film and expose them to the sun. As long as the pine needles are wet, sealed and exposed to the sun for two or three months, the pine needles will completely turn black and break when touched by hand, which proves that they have been completely fermented, which is very good.
