The difference between Sanda and Sanda
1, different origins
Fighting originated in the United States in the 1970s, mainly from the evolution or reform of karate competitions. Howard hanson, an American, was the first president of WKA World Boxing Association. Since then, fighting has been widely carried out in Europe, America, Asia and North Africa.
Sanda originated from Sanshou martial arts in China, which was called wrestling, wrestling and martial arts in ancient times. Later, it collected many practical essences of China traditional Wushu, and it was inherited and carried forward with national characteristics.

4. Different contents
Fighting includes boxing and boxing, and it combines China Wushu, Japanese karate, judo, Korean Taekwondo, Muay Thai, western boxing and wrestling.
Sanda includes China traditional martial arts, such as Sanshou, wrestling and attack, and absorbs the practical essence of western boxing.
5. Different sports purposes
Fighting sports adopt the open purpose of "unrestricted free competition", and sports competitions are highly commercialized and professional. It can compete in full contact without limiting the qualifications of contestants, emphasizing personality style and giving play to "tenacious confrontation and winning in actual combat" to surpass opponents.
Sanda, on the other hand, aims at strengthening physical fitness, communicating skills and self-defense, and aims at carrying forward the spirit of Wushu, spreading the true meaning of Wushu and inheriting the national spirit. It is also a national fitness exercise.
