In terms of management conditions, off-campus training institutions must uphold and strengthen the leadership of the party to ensure the correct direction of running schools. There must be standardized articles of association and corresponding management system, and the training purpose, business scope, deliberation and decision-making mechanism, fund management, guarantee conditions, service commitment, etc. must be clearly defined.
