What does exercise therapy involve?

Exercise therapy mainly adopts "exercise" as a mechanical physical factor to treat patients, focusing on the trunk, limbs, motor, sensory, balance and other functions of the training, including: joint function training, muscle training, aerobic training, balance training, easy to train, transfer training, walking training.

The following examples:

(1) basic movement training refers to the practice of sitting down, getting up, lying down, getting up and turning over in bed, etc., and the more serious symptoms can be practiced in bed, such as sitting and lying down position change each other training.
