The methanol injection time and methanol quantity are automatically controlled by the electronic control system, and the two systems work together. The methanol substitution rate of diesel/methanol mixed combustion technology is 35% ~ 45%, which can greatly improve fuel economy. The power of the engine is the same as that of the original engine, and the acceleration performance even exceeds that of the original engine. After methanol mixed combustion, the emission level is greatly improved, and low-carbon, clean and smokeless emissions can be realized.
