China's relevant laws provide that patents can be loaned, and the amount of patent loans generally cannot exceed 50% of the fair market value or appraisal value of the patent. Patent loan period is generally not more than one year, in special circumstances not more than two years. So the money loaned is: 2000 × 50% = 1000 (yuan).
