The difference between jbass and pbass

The difference between JBass and PBass is mainly reflected in the design and use.

Design: The pickup of P Bass uses a dual-coil split pickup. The sound of this pickup appears to be very thick. In other words, the mid-low frequency is more prominent, making the bass sound deeper and more dynamic, so it is more suitable.

It is used when the bass accompanies other instruments, such as playing jazz walking bass line.

The J bass's pickup uses dual single-coil pickups. The sound of this pickup is very bright and sweet, highlighting the mid-to-high frequencies of the bass, making it more suitable for playing some melody sections.
