Green Mining Development

Actively promoting the pilot work of green mines, 459 state-level green mine pilot units have been selected, of which 239 were in 2012. In the oil and gas, coal, non-ferrous metals, metallurgy, gold, chemical industry, building materials and non-metal industries (Figure 5-1), a number of typical green mine construction has been established.

The pilot units of green mines independently innovated a number of advanced technologies and processes with good promotion prospects, wide application range, and independent intellectual property rights, improved the efficiency of resource development and utilization and comprehensive utilization level, and significantly increased the utilization rate of **** associated resources. Guangdong Yunfu sulfurous iron ore use of slag resources to produce iron powder; Minmetals Group Kakizhuyuan polymetallic mines pioneered the "slurry electrolysis method" to improve the recovery rate of bismuth smelting; Suzhou kaolin mine, built tailings re-panning production line, the production of quartz sand, pyrite, and so on, and realize the tailings-free production.

Guided by the concept of green mining, green mine pilot units take the green development path of "developing one side of resources for the benefit of one side of the people", actively assume social responsibility, emphasize corporate culture, create community harmony, and **** enjoy the fruits of development. CICC Karma Copper Mine in Tibet highly integrates its corporate culture with the concept of green mining, adhering to the tenet of "building a mine, greening a piece of environment; enriching the economy of a party, helping the people of a party; promoting the harmony of a party, and building a monument", and leading the people to **** enjoy the fruits of development; Ansai Oilfield in Shaanxi Province supports the comprehensive management of the drinking water source of the people of Yan'an, including Wangyao Reservoir. -The comprehensive management of Wangyao Reservoir, participation in the "village to village" road construction project in northern Shaanxi Province, aid in the construction of two Hope Primary School, a total of 206 kilometers of road construction, the implementation of poverty alleviation and relief funds of about 30 million yuan.
