Hakka traditional village architecture

Located in Tiansheng Village, Tudi Township, Wulong District, Chongqing, Rhinoceros Village is an important part of fairy mountain's 5A-level tourist attractions, 4 kilometers away from the "Impression Wulong" large-scale landscape performance theater, 5 kilometers away from the World Natural Heritage and the National 5A-level scenic spot Tiansheng Third Bridge, and backed by Fairy Lake. Rhino village is the most intact traditional ancient village, surrounded by mountains, with natural green space, dense vegetation and trough-shaped terrain. The whole village is hidden in the canyon forest. The green Diaojiaolou Tujia wooden house is built on the mountain, with upturned corners and cornices, which are shaded by bamboo, flowing water and simple folk customs, just like a paradise where man and nature live in harmony. There are four distinct seasons here, spring, summer, autumn and winter, especially the autumn harvest season. Pieces of golden rice fields are embedded in natural green space, which constitutes the most beautiful and unique landscape of rhinoceros village.

Mantang Hakka Wai was built in the 16th year of Qing Daoguang (A.D. 1836) and completed in the 10th year of Xianfeng (A.D. 1860), which lasted for 24 years. It was built by Gan Rong, a rich official at that time, covering an area of 13544.96 square meters. It is the most complete of the 200 Hakka enclosed houses in Shixing County and one of the largest Hakka enclosed houses in Guangdong Province. Mantang Hakka Wai is an outstanding representative of the "Square Wai" series of residential buildings in China, and is known as the "First Wai in Lingnan".

Linzhai Ancient Village, peace county, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province is famous for its largest quadrangular building complex in China. Located in Xingjing Village, Linzhai Town, peace county, it is one of the first 27 ancient villages in Guangdong Province. Peace county municipal government plans to turn it into a 4A-level tourist attraction.

The ancient village, the largest quadrangle complex in China, still has 24 well-preserved ancient dwellings, which is a typical quadrangle with Hakka style. Its scale, quantity, exquisite architectural art and profound cultural heritage are rare in the whole province and even the whole country. 20 12 was awarded the title of the top ten most beautiful ancient villages in Guangdong.

Weng ding cun is located in Meng Jiao Dai and Yi Lahu Township, about 40km northwest of Cangyuan Wa Autonomous County, lincang. "Wengding", which means a misty place, has a history of nearly 400 years in Weng ding cun, 105 households with 526 people, all of whom are Wa people. Due to historical and natural reasons, the unique primitive religion, production and living customs and architectural style of the Wa nationality have been completely preserved. Wengding is a natural museum of Wa traditional history and culture, the most intact primitive Wa village in China, and the last ethnic tribe in China to transition from primitive society to socialist society.

Jinxi ancient town is a water town in the south of the Yangtze River with a history of more than 2,000 years.
