Yes Dried ginger is the dried product of ginger. Digging ginger in winter, removing its stems, leaves and fibrous roots, washing and drying in the sun or drying at low temperature. To process dried ginger, the impurities need to be cleaned, soaked in clear water for 3-6 hours, taken out, sliced or diced, and dried in the sun.
