Use of flaxseed
linseed oil is squeezed from the seeds of flax, also called linseed oil. Flaxseed is a traditional oil crop in China. It is rich in A-linolenic acid, which is a good way to supplement linolenic acid.

Recommended consumption: 1-2ML per person per day. Nutrition is a supplement: the World Health Organization recommends that pregnant women should supplement 13 mg a day.
