Technical introduction: This project takes domestic bee products as raw materials, and optimizes the extraction process of propolis by detecting the physical properties and active components of propolis; Using emulsification technology and food manufacturing technology, the technology of propolis instant powder, propolis alcohol-free oral liquid and propolis capsule powder was studied, and valuable technological parameters were obtained, which provided a basis for the pilot test of bee products. According to the free radical biomedical theory, the antioxidant and anti-fatigue effects of propolis were studied, and it was found that propolis capsule powder had obvious anti-fatigue effect.

This project not only develops products, but also studies the functions of bee products, which has a positive role in promoting the deep processing of bee products and the development of health food of bee products in China. The small-scale technological research of propolis jujube instant powder and propolis capsule powder was completed, and the complete technological parameters were obtained. Completed the research on the technology of pollen slicing; The anti-fatigue effect of propolis capsule powder was studied.

In this project, propolis and jujube were compounded for the first time at home and abroad. The product combines the advantages of both, and overcomes the problem of poor taste of propolis.

Processing technology of lutein

Description: Lutein is a natural pigment extracted from marigold, which belongs to carotenoids and can be widely used in medicine, food additives, cosmetics, tobacco and poultry feed. The United States is listed as a food supplement in the 28th edition of Pharmacopoeia. Chemical name of lutein: dihydroxy -d- carotene, molecular formula: C40H56O2, CAS: [127-40-2], soluble in organic solvents such as n-hexane, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether, but insoluble in water.

Through research, it is found that the human retina contains high concentration of lutein, which can delay the vision loss and blindness caused by macular degeneration in the elderly, as well as cardiovascular sclerosis, coronary heart disease and tumors caused by aging. From 65438 to 0995, the FDA has listed lutein as a food supplement. In 2002, the sales reached US$ 65 million, and the sales in the European market reached Euro30 million, with an annual growth rate of 10%.

Through market research at home and abroad, it is found that marigold resources in China are abundant, and lutein has been widely extracted and processed.
