What is fish sauce for?

Fish sauce, also known as fish soy sauce, is a common condiment in Guangdong and Fujian. Fish sauce is made from small fish and shrimp or aquatic products processing scraps, marinated, fermented, boiled and brewed, amber in color, with a salty and fresh taste.
