What do you mean, fall zone?
The so-called falling area forecast refers to the regional forecast of disastrous weather and its secondary disasters. When heavy rainfall occurs frequently, the falling areas often overlap. In this way, in the rainstorm forecast, there will be three kinds of weather stations in the relevant areas, one is the weather station that forecasts and appears rainstorm, the other is the station that reports rainstorm in the air, and the third is the station that misses the report.
The "TS score" of rainstorm is a standard to measure the accuracy of rainstorm forecast. In recent years, China's TS score has been greatly improved, and the accuracy of rainstorm forecast has approached the international advanced level. But no matter in which country, it is impossible to completely eliminate the phenomenon of "empty reporting" and "missing reporting".
