First, the quality inspection of stamping workpiece

The quality judgment of stamping workpiece generally includes appearance quality, forming quality and repair quality. On the premise of ensuring that the key functions such as assembly and use of stamping parts are not affected, certain testing tools are used to realize the judgment:

1, surface quality. The methods for judging the surface quality of stamping workpiece are generally divided into visual inspection and touch inspection. Visual inspection: no obvious material defects such as cracks, necking, pits, deformation, material defects, wrinkling and accumulation. Touch: no obvious burr, indentation, scratch, burr, etc.

2. Maintenance quality. The standard of repair quality inspection refers to the inspection standard of qualified products, mainly including appearance inspection and size inspection, with special attention to the quality inspection of repair points. Second, the factors causing surface problems of stamping workpieces

There are many factors that cause surface cracks, pits, deformation, scratches and other problems of stamping workpiece, including workpiece material, process accuracy, personnel operation, etc., which may lead to workpiece quality problems:

1, the most common problem of stamping workpiece appearance is uneven surface, mostly due to dust or iron filings attached to the appearance of raw materials or dies, which leads to low product appearance quality and reduced productivity.

2. Improper operation of the operator in stamping work leads to collision when the parts move to the corner of the conveyor belt, and the height adjustment of the conveyor belt is different, and the automatic equipment adjustment is different. Some problems, such as compression deformation, loading and storage of workstation appliances, and collision of workstation appliances during handling, will produce deformation and unevenness of stamping workpiece.

3. The speed setting of the manipulator is unreasonable, which leads to the collision when it enters the mold, which leads to the defect of the final product. Iron powder is produced when the drawbead burns, and burrs remain on the cutting surface after the coil is cut off.

4. The performance of stamping oil can not meet the technological requirements, and the oil film strength is not enough, which will rupture at the moment of stamping, causing cracks and damage to the workpiece.

Three, how to deal with stamping workpiece waste

Unless it is necessary to handle the waste manually, it is best to use automatic treatment, and the following measures should be taken during the treatment:

1, in order to prevent accidents, we need to add a protective cover, and we can't let waste flow out or fly away near the operator during operation.

2. We can set a cutter on the stamping die to cut off the waste, and then transport it to the packer by the conveyor belt for briquetting. In addition, pay attention to interval cutting when stamping machine.

3. It is best not to make sharp corners or burrs on the waste, so as not to hurt people. When cutting the waste, the size should be appropriate, so as not to hurt the operator under algae near the operator.

4. If the waste cannot fall by its own weight, once it is caught at the cutting edge, it should be forced to fall by throwing and ejecting devices.
