Taking medicine with vinegar has the following three important functions.

1, vinegar should be stored to remove odor:

Vinegar enters the liver first, bitter enters the heart first, sweet enters the spleen first, pungent enters the lung first, and salty enters the kidney first ... "For example, Bupleurum can raise yang and relieve fever, and after vinegar is made, it can soothe the liver and relieve depression, which has a stronger effect; Cyperus rotundus is on the surface when it is raw, and on the waist and knees when it is cooked. Decocting with vinegar will eliminate accumulation, enter the liver to relieve pain, promote qi circulation and relieve depression. Steaming Schisandra chinensis with vinegar can enhance the effects of relieving cough, vomiting, diarrhea and sweating; Another example is Corydalis yanhusuo, which is used for removing blood stasis, promoting qi circulation to relieve pain, and returning to menstruation with vinegar, and can treat irregular menstruation, blood gas attacking the heart, and chest and abdominal pain. Modern pharmacological analysis shows that Corydalis yanhusuo contains a variety of alkaloids, which combine with vinegar to form acetate, so it has stronger analgesic effect and more obvious curative effect.
