Each of us originally had this ability. Reading ancient works, you will find that people at that time were the embodiment of God. What they said and did was amazing: Dayu managed water, Dashun birds flew like elephants, and the dialogue in Huangdi Neijing fully explained the wisdom of people at that time.

Nowadays, society thinks it is progress, maybe it is scientific and technological progress, but people's wisdom and thoughts are declining to some extent.

Teacher Zhao studied traditional culture and physical and mental health for a whole year last year, and realized how people get sick step by step and how they get better through study, so they have a clear understanding from the heart. I have been reading Confucian classics this year, and I have also reviewed the Tao Te Ching recited in previous years.

Reading and studying every day is not that the more books you read, the more wisdom you get, but how much you have changed, so that the more you learn, the more you lose your way. The loss of material desire and external pursuit is the so-called "immobile" loss in nature. People can change their fate, weather, thinking and life through learning, which makes you puzzled.

Keep clearing your mind and doing things, and you will become more and more relaxed and have no obstacles. As the Heart Sutra says, "If there is no obstacle or terror in your heart, you will stay away from reversing your dreams. What is nirvana? "
